• Using approved message templates when required by Meta outside applicable customer service windows.

Astex AI is not responsible for restrictions, suspensions, or actions taken by Meta due to violations of Meta's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, documentation, source code, logos, trademarks, and related content remain the intellectual property of Astex AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own business data and content.

6. Payments

Where applicable:

• Fees must be paid according to agreed pricing.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
• Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable after work has commenced or services have been delivered.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astex AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

Clients may discontinue use of our services subject to any applicable contractual obligations.

10. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may revise these Terms periodically.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
